Imelda Unggul is appointed as a Director of SMM Capital Group. She is also a member of the Remuneration Committee, the Audit and Risk Management Committee and the Corporate Governance Committee of the Group.

Imelda is overseeing the finance functions of the Group with role in financial planning, budget management and performance monitoring, ensuring each business unit operates with efficiency, transparency and long term profitability. She is also holding directorships in companies other than SMM Capital Group.

Imelda holds a Bachelor Degree from the United States and a Master of Business Administration degree from Australia.
